Creating a life and business you truly love takes work. It takes soul AND strategy. Of course, the Universe is guiding us along the way, but putting the action into the law of attraction is when real shifts occur – both physically and in terms of our mindset.
The reason it can feel so challenging, however, is because there are a plethora of reasons why we might struggle with taking the next step.
Fear of failing. Not understanding what step to take. Repeating patterns of self sabotage. Secondary benefits, which are, ironically, the positives of staying stuck, like comfort and safety, for example.
However, the beauty of taking action in a supported container like IGNITE, is that it builds momentum. The more we do something, the easier it is to keep doing. Taking action enables us to enter a flow state, expanding our knowledge and experiences, and eliminating fears from our subconscious.
This is where I can help. You see, as a Manifestor energy profile in Human Design, my magic lies in being the “initiator”. Think of me as the match to your flame.
It is my job as your coach and guide to help you discover what your super powers are and how to take aligned action using them in your business – across your content, offers, messaging, and more.

I am a Soulful Business Coach, Manifestation Guide, EFT practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, and Reiki Level 1 + 2 Practitioner.
I’m also the author of Manifesting for Beginners (Octopus Publishing), a no.1 charting podcast host, and have been featured across the media including BBC Radio, The Guardian Newspaper, Metro, London Evening Standard, The Sunday Times Magazine, Body + Soul, Soul + Spirit and more.
