What can you expect from Next Chapter?
Beginning on Saturday 5th September, the course is designed to really dig deep into your wants and fears, the things that bring you happiness and the things you know you can live without. Through audio and written modules sent every 3 days through a 2-week period, I will be on hand to guide you through this transformational process, with a dedicated Facebook group and email support. The space in between each module really gives you the time to really think about the journaling prompts and to bring ideas and emotions to the surface. We will be working through the course separately BUT there is a private Facebook group where I will be available during the duration to answer any questions or help guide you in anyway.
You can expect workbooks, meditations, downloadable resources, written posts and mini podcast style audios for you to listen to the modules instead of reading.
Of course, you can expect motivation, mindset work and a whole lot of manifestation talk. Because let me tell you, there has never been a better time to set your intentions for the future. The earth is healing right now and our energy channels are as clear as we’ll ever see them. The noise we normally have causing blockages has disappeared for a second, which makes now the perfect time to get clarity over what really makes us happy.
- In The Present – In this module, we will take a look at all areas of your life currently, from home to relationships to health, wealth and more, understanding what you are happy to let go off in your next chapter and realising where your focus needs to go. This foundation work will create the perfect platform for moving forward into module two.
2. Clarity & Purpose – This is where we dive deep into what you really want from life, what you would like to attract more of, those big vision dreams without limitations. In this module we dream big with no restrictions and let the universe know we are serious about creating the best possible next chapter of our lives – and more importantly, that we are worthy of it.
3. Mindset – I want us to focus on approaching this next chapter with a more holistic way of living and fine tuning our mindset to understand we are in control of our thoughts and more importantly in control of our future paths. In this module, you will do a lot of reflection work and bring emotions to the surface to release. Trust in this journey.
4. Setting Intentions – We will get clear on what goals we want to set, the goals we feel aligned with and making them so managable and exciting, it will feel like a chore NOT to do them. This is one of the most exciting elements of Next Chapter.
- Action – Finally, you will understand exactly the practical steps to manifest and build the life you dream about, creating a solid plan moving forward of not only how to overcome mindset blocks but actually implement the changes you want to make for a happier life.
