You will receive one 50 minute subliminal where the affirmations are layered under music, designed to access the subconscious and reprogram your old beliefs as you go about your day. Please note, subliminal audios are extremely faint to hear. Do not turn the audio louder than it needs to be. Plus, you will also receive a 50 minute affirmations rampage where your affirmations are recorded to a high vibe music track to shift your energy as you listen. You WILL be able to hear the affirmations clearly in your Affirmations Audio.

How it works: Once purchase has been made, you will receive an email with a questionnaire around your limiting belief. When this is returned, I will create your bespoke affirmation script and send back to make sure you are happy with what is set to be recorded. Within 48 hours, I will then record and edit the tracks for you and return with listening instructions.
