Welcome to your Personalised Subliminal – where we come together to create a bespoke audio track designed to break through a particular block/limiting belief you have right now through the power of affirmations and music.

How it works: Once purchase has been made, you will receive an email with a questionnaire around your limiting belief. When this is returned, I will create your bespoke affirmation script and send back to make sure you are happy with what is set to be recorded. Within 48 hours, I will then record and edit the track for you and return with listening instructions.

Please note, subliminal audios are extremely faint to hear. Do not turn the audio louder than it needs to be. The goal here is to bypass the conscious mind and deliver messages directly to the subconscious, altering beliefs, attitudes, or behaviors.
