What Happens When You Listen to Nudges from the Universe (and Actually Take Action)
Have you ever received an idea that felt like it came out of nowhere — one that gave you goosebumps, made your heart race, and felt too aligned to ignore? That’s a nudge from the Universe.
And this summer, I received one that completely changed my business and my life.
In this post, I’m sharing what happened when I listened to that download, how I knew it was divinely guided, and why you might be ignoring the signs that are trying to lead you exactly where you’re meant to go.
The Nudge That Changed Everything
At the start of July, I was driving, listening to a podcast, and asked the Universe for help. Within 24 hours — and after promising myself a break from work — a new idea landed so clearly: “resort.”
I journaled, explored, and followed my curiosity. Within a week, I’d registered a domain, bought a template, and began creating what would become The Collective Resort — a total reinvention of my manifestation membership.
It was the most aligned, expansive, and intuitive thing I’ve ever built.
How to Hear the Universe’s Nudges
The Universe is always sending us guidance — but most of us are too distracted to hear it.
To tune in, create quiet space in your day. Try:

The Universe doesn’t shout — it whispers. You just have to slow down enough to hear it.
Don’t Dismiss the Download
Most of us hear the nudge but instantly talk ourselves out of it.
“What if it fails?”
“What will people think?”
“What if I’m not ready?”
But the Universe would never deliver an idea without knowing you have the ability to bring it to life. You’ve already been chosen for it.
Curiosity Over Perfection
Your nudge doesn’t need to be perfect to be powerful.
Sometimes, it’s just a seed that needs planting. Other times, it’s the spark that will change everything.
Follow it with curiosity, not pressure. Journal. Test ideas. Take small, aligned actions.
You can’t get it wrong — you can only learn, grow, and pivot closer to alignment.
Co-Creating with the Universe
Manifestation is a collaboration. The Universe sends you the idea, and your job is to meet it halfway.
Don’t focus on what could go wrong — focus on the solutions that appear along the way. Every “mistake” is just data, showing you how to refine your path.
And remember, even if it doesn’t work out how you planned, it’s still working for you. Some seeds just need more time underground before they bloom.
