Working with practitioner Becky Ashton, I was able to shift deep stories around self-worth that I’d carried for years. By accessing old memories and reframing them with fresh understanding, I created space for new beliefs like: “I am worthy of love” and “I feel confident in myself.” This process was powerful because it cleared emotional attachment from the past and gave me a stronger foundation for self-worth.

2. Subliminals for Manifestation and Confidence

Subliminal audios have become a non-negotiable in my daily routine. These recordings embed positive affirmations beneath music, bypassing the conscious mind so your subconscious absorbs the belief.
