5 Monthly Meetings With My Future Self That Changed My Life
One of the most powerful shifts I’ve made in my manifestation journey hasn’t been a technique or a tool, but a commitment: I schedule regular meetings with my Future Self.
That might sound a little unusual, but hear me out.
Manifestation is about becoming the version of you who already has what you desire. We often get stuck thinking the dream life will someday arrive, instead of asking: how can I embody her today? For me, that answer came through creating intentional rituals — five monthly meetings that anchor me into my Future Self, raise my frequency, and build self-trust.
Here’s exactly what those meetings look like, and how you can bring them into your own routine.
1. A Goal Setting Date With My Future Self
At the start of every month, I sit down for a private goal-setting session. Not just pulling numbers out of thin air, but connecting to my vision board and asking: what do I want this month to feel like?
I reflect on the previous month, celebrate my wins, learn from challenges, and then set 1–3 aligned goals across different areas of life (business, health, home, finances). This keeps things balanced and stops me from chasing arbitrary goals that don’t mean anything to me.
Your turn:
🖊️ Block an hour in your diary.
🖊️ Reflect on the past 30 days.
🖊️ Choose how you want to feel at the end of the new month.
🖊️ Pick 1–3 goals that align with that feeling.
2. My Monthly Money Date
On the 1st of every month, I meet with my money. I check what came in, what flowed out, and where I can release blocks or leaks. This practice has completely shifted my abundance mindset.
Instead of ignoring my finances and hoping for the best, I face them with intention. Doing so removes shame, builds confidence, and reminds me that money responds to respect and attention.
Your turn:
💻 Look at your income and outgoings from the past month.
💻 Celebrate every form of abundance that arrived (yes, even free coffee counts).
💻 Ask: where can I open up more space for money to flow in?
3. Planning My Workouts as Future Me
My Future Self is strong, confident, and consistent with movement. To become her, I plan my workouts in advance. Each Sunday, I schedule Pilates, strength sessions, or classes so they’re non-negotiable.
Movement stops being something I “might do if I feel like it” and becomes a promise I keep to myself. This builds not just fitness, but trust in myself.
Your turn:
🏋🏻 Write out your workout plan for the week ahead.
🏋🏻 Block it into your calendar as meetings with yourself.
🏋🏻 Choose movement that feels good for where you are right now.
4. Declutter, Digital Detox & Reset Ritual
Once a month, I clear physical and digital clutter. It’s like a deep exhale for my energy. I reset my space, my laptop, my inbox, and even my calendar.
Why? Because chaos in your environment breeds chaos in your mind. My Future Self lives in clarity and calm, not in a whirlwind of Amazon boxes and 200 unread emails.
Your turn:
🧹 Pick one physical area to declutter.
🧹 Do a digital detox (delete screenshots, unsub from emails, clear apps).
🧹 Reset your calendar so it reflects your priorities, not just obligations.
5. A Solo Date With Myself
Each month, I schedule a solo date. It could be a spa day, cinema trip, a walk on the beach with a book, or just a coffee shop afternoon. The point isn’t what I do — it’s the energy of prioritising myself.
Solo dates increase self-worth, deepen self-love, and remind me that my Future Self values her own company.
Your turn:
🌸 Plan one solo date for the month.
🌸 Add it to your diary now.
🌸 Choose something that feels nourishing, not performative.
Final Thoughts
These five meetings aren’t just routines — they’re anchors. They remind me to embody my Future Self now, not someday. They build trust, raise my frequency, and bring me closer to the life I’m manifesting.
Which one will you add to your schedule this month?
